ABOUT US

Who We Are

Recreational Adult Team Soccer (RATS) is a non-profit, Seattle-based adult recreational soccer league. RATS encourages team and player input in every aspect of its operation. We appreciate the hard work and devotion the many volunteer managers put into creating and maintaining their teams and value any feedback they provide. We welcome adult teams to play in one of our many divisions, from our highly competitive top divisions to our enthusiastic beginner divisions as long as all players understand and appreciate that recreational soccer is about fitness, camaraderie, personal improvement, and having fun!

Seattle RATS 11 v 11 Spring 2026 League Registration

Join us for the Spring 2026 season of Seattle Rats — a community-first, competitive 11v11 soccer league for players who love both the game and the people who play it.

The season starts March 15th, with games played on fields across the Seattle area.

Registration Deadline

  • March 6 – Register by this date to secure your spot.
  • Registrations received after December 15 may be subject to a $100 late fee.


Early Bird Discount

  • Register by February 23 to receive the $100 Early Bird discount.


Season Options & Pricing


11v11 – Spring 2026

  • Standard Season: $1,950 + transaction fee
  • All Fridays Season: $1,750 + transaction fee
  • Division 1 Men’s (Center Ref + 2 ARs): $2,100 + transaction fee
