⚽ Game Day Help & Contacts

💡No Lights?

Lights didn’t turn on or shut off too early? Many fields use remote timers that may still activate on schedule.

If it’s dark:

Call the light line for your field no earlier than 15 minutes before game time. Be prepared to leave:

  • Your name

  • Callback number

  • League

  • Today’s date

  • Field name

  • Scheduled game time

🧍No Refs?

If your ref hasn't arrived by game time:

1. Start the game on time.
2. Assign a point person with your team to stay in contact with us.
3. We will attempt to reach the ref and/or find a substitute.

If no ref is available:

  • Teams should self-officiate and report the score after the game

  • The match counts as official

  • Both teams will receive a ref credit and an inconvenience credit.

🏟 Field In Use or Double-Booked?

If another group is on your field:

  • Check your RATS-issued permit.

  • Politely ask to compare permits.

  • Only official park permits count — schedules do not.

  • The most recent permit takes priority.
