Registration: Saturday, November 30 – Wednesday December 18 (early bird discount period: November 30 – December 7)

The season will run from Thursday, January 2 to Sunday, March 9

Registration is open until Wednesday December 18. Registrations may be accepted after that period but may be subject to a $100 late fee

8 game (No Friday) season: $1,500.00

8 game (2 Friday) season: $1,300.00

8 game All Friday season: $1,300.00

Division 1 Men’s – Center referee + 2 AR's: $1,650.00

Division designations are least reliable in winter since fewer teams play

Sometimes we have enough teams for a particular day but skills and division preferences don't match.

How skilled and competitive is your team?*

Please accurately describe your team. Teams who have many lopsided results in their favor due to skill misrepresentation may be moved to tougher divisions and be rescheduled.

Also note some days of play are not available for very high or low skilled teams. Check the FAQs page to see when divisions are offered so you can recruit accordingly.

Over-30 Team?*

Over-30 (O-30) teams are teams whose players are 30 (or turn 30 this year) and above, with 2 exempt players, who may be any age.

If you fail to follow these rules, you will lose two games and be moved to the open division.

Any Over-30 division will be created if there is enough interest.

An Over-30 team will be placed in Open if there is not enough interest in Over-30 for their day of play or skill level.

Division size and parity (optional)

Fewer teams play in winter, making some divisions lopsided. Would you prefer variety over parity (possibly more lopsided games) or parity over variety (possibly playing the same teams 3-4 times a season).

Lower division teams' preference for parity over variety is weighted heavier than upper division teams' preference for variety, since they are almost always on the losing end of the lopsidedness.

As mentioned above fewer teams play in winter, and both 50/50 coed and 60/40 koed divisions shrink.

We do our best to accommodate preferences, but we are limited by many variables, including field availability, opponent preferences, bye scheduling, and other restrictions.

North Seattle is the preferred region of around 90% of teams, but field distribution isn't 90% north. Please choose a specific "north" region.
This does not guarantee your games will be at the specific fields since we may only use what we have been allocated. It gives schedulers a better idea of your location preferences, and when possible we try to place your games at these more specific fields.

Play 2 Friday Games?*

If your team would be willing to play some Friday games to ease up field use on your current night we will refund your team $100 per Friday game, up to $200 ONCE your team has played those games. If your team forfeits it will not be refunded

If your day of play does not need Friday games to relieve field pressure you might not have any Friday games, however if your team would prefer 2 Friday games regardless of need, please let us know in the comments section.

Schedule Delivery

Schedules are available for download around the first week of the season, and can be downloaded in either format. If for some reason schedules are not available for download, please pick a format below

We send schedules in a text file that can be easily uploaded to the Seattle based team management tool, Team Cowboy. This is to reduce input errors and as a courtesy to managers. However, we know not everyone uses Team Cowboy or some may want to enter in games themselves. If you would like to receive your schedule in a spreadsheet, please indicate below
